Fertigation

                   Fertigation

Fertigation is used to apply organic/sustainable fertilizer and soil amendments to the landscape through your
irrigation system.  It is equally as effective for a small drip line to as large as a golf course.  Whether the
application is for a residential property or an entire development, this method of application provides many
advantages and benefits including:

-Organic fertigation is based on the knowledge that the best way to maintain quality turf is to develop and maintain a healthy soil.

-There is no longer the need to apply weeks or months worth of fertilizer which can overfeed the plants at the time of application then leave them short of nutrients before the next scheduled
application.

-Micro nutrients and soil amendments, including microbes, that are essential to the health of your soil, can easily and accurately be applied proportionally throughout your turf and shrubs
.

-Fertigation ensures by its very nature that fertilizer is only being applied where the ground is being irrigated. Fertilizer is therefore not sitting on
dry ground where it can not be assimilated.

-Applying fertilizer and amendments through the irrigation system is extremely efficient in terms of labor, time, and money compared to traditional
broadcasting and spraying techniques.

-Fertigation still works when weather or ground conditions make it impossible for spreading equipment to be used. No more compaction from
working wet ground.

-Small amounts of nutrients applied frequently benefit the plants by keeping them constantly supplied. All of their nutrient needs are present
without overloading and unbalancing the soil system they grow in.

-Removing excess fertilizer greatly reduces the risk of environmental damage from fertilizer run off or leaching into underground water sources.

-Fertigation reduces watering up to 75%, reduces weeds, reduces the chance of lawn diseases and the need to aerate and seed.

Create gardens, sports fields, golf courses, farms and green spaces to be proud of. With a properly structured eco soil test, fertigation system and an
organic & sustainable management program  you can save time, money and the environment without ever sacrificing quality.
